Located in the bustling Pudong area, this hotel is conveniently situated next to a mall with a variety of dining options. It is also close to several attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are compact but well-equipped, with free Wi-Fi and comfortable beds. The bathrooms, though small, are functional and clean. The staff provides satisfactory service, with some members being more helpful than others. The breakfast offers an average selection of dishes to start your day.

The cleanliness of the common areas, such as the corridors, leaves much to be desired.

Despite the small room size, the hotel location was convenient for us to attend our desired venue. The complementary shuttle bus service provided ample comfort and saved us on transportation expenses. The staff was kind enough to extend our checkout time without any extra charge. Furthermore, we enjoyed the complimentary drinks offered at the hotel bar which was a thoughtful gesture.

The breakfast menu was limited, and we were hoping for more variety. The hotel's heating system was not functioning correctly, which was a significant inconvenience, and we had to request extra blankets to keep warm.

the location was perfect for our needs, as it was not far from the financial area and we could easily take a taxi to the fairs. it was super close to Marintec Exhibition. the room was small and basic but very clean and the bathroom met our expectations. the hotel service was friendly and helpful, especially the shuttle service. We appreciated the simple but adequate breakfast with a good selection of dishes. the reception area was nicely updated and the security was good.

The hotel suffered from a language barrier, especially for the staff who could have better knowledge of English.
